AES Brasil moves to B3's governance segment
AES Brasil, one of the largest renewable energy generators in the country, migrated this week to stock exchange B3's Novo Mercado, a listing segment for companies committed to adopt corporate governance practices. AES also carried out a corporate reorganization.
