This paper has the aim to make considerations about the problems concerning medical liability of plastic surgeon. Initially, general issues

concerning the liability were discussed, and then the responsibility of this medical professional concerning the situations that exclude the duty

discussions about the obligation assumed by these professionals in plastic surgery without therapeutic purposes, namely merely aesthetic



          

The possibility of cumulation of material and aesthetic damage, for the fair compensation of victims was discussed. The survey was based on
