Doria bets on vaccination, fiscal austerity to win votes

São Paulo Governor João Doria, one of the four names competing in the Brazilian Social Democracy Party’s primaries in November for the choice of the party’s presidential candidate, counts on vaccination and the improvement of the economic environment to improve the poor assessment of his administration in opinion polls, which collaborate to thin his performance in election polls.The latest polls showed that Mr. Doria has already left the deepest point of the valley: records show an increase in the good/excellent evaluation and the fall in the bad/terrible one.
