MULHERES, LÉSBICAS, GAYS,
BISSEXUAIS E TRANSEXUAIS:

pessoa humana. Além disso, a mulher e as pessoas LGBT (lésbicas, gays, bissexuais,
setor do telemarketing é o exemplo perfeito.
Pessoas LGBT. Mercado de Trabalho. Telemarketing.
ABSTRACT: e labor universe combines intersectionalities of dierent species. e
exploitation of the worker in a capitalist system determines their vulnerable condi-
tion, in a situation of lack of economic suciency inherent in the system that puts
capital at the expense of human dignity. Moreover, women and LGBT people (les-
bians, gays, bisexuals, transsexuals and transvestites) are inserted in the labor market
suering another vulnerability, the prejudice on the grounds of gender. To faithfully
illustrate the situation in which women and LGBT people suer this double bias,
telemarketing industry is the perfect example. In a technological aspect, this precar-
ious work in this workplace is responsible for fatigue and disease development on
operators, stressful situations and continuous pressure. e intention of this study is
to demonstrate how the sexual division of labor and gender bias are evident in the
business logic of a telemarketing sector.
Keywords: Women. LGBT people. Labor Market. Telemarketing.
