Caro Leitor!
De início gostaríamos de agradecer a aceitação do público para com o presente trabalho, que se encontra na 5ª edição, esperando que esta edição tenha a mesma aceitação das edições anteriores e que possa continuar ajudando cada vez mais colegas, seja aos que estão em início de carreira ou àqueles mais experientes.
Agradecemos a todos os amigos, colegas, alunos, ex-alunos e professores pelos elogios, bem como sugestões, sendo que qualquer crítica é sempre bem-vinda, e nós, autores, sempre temos por objetivo melhorar cada vez mais o presente trabalho.
Gostaríamos de deixar registrado nossos agradecimentos à mídia (jornais e revistas), que desde as edições anteriores tem indicado como leitura nosso manual e tem reconhecido o nosso trabalho, o que nos deixa muito felizes e lisonjeados.
Nesta edição revisamos, ampliamos e atualizamos o presente manual, inclusive com comentários a Lei n. 13.467/2017 conhecida como “Reforma Trabalhista”.
Antes mesmo de ser sancionada a Lei n. 13.467/2017 já chamávamos a atenção seja por meio de artigos jurídicos, ou em mídia televisiva sobre alguns impactos que esta norma poderia e pode ocasionar inclusive para a advocacia trabalhista.
No entanto, referida norma está sancionada e, sabemos que uma vez sancionada a lei esta se desvincula do seu criador passando ao intérprete (operador do direito), a necessidade de realizar as devidas interpretações e aplicação ou não a um caso concreto.
Diante deste cenário realizamos diversos cursos sobre a Reforma Trabalhista analisando Ponto a Ponto, Artigo por Artigo sempre com comentários de acordo com a Constituição Federal e Tratados Internacionais.
