ABSTRACT
This article aims to inaugurate the discussion surrounding the Brazilian
          
renewable source of energy with a growing prominence in the international
scenario, from the environmental point of view it is still uncertain which are
the dimensions of the impacts on marine wildlife caused by the installation
         
one whole chapter to the protection and preservation of the marine
environment, international experiences show that certain instruments are
paramount to sustainable resource exploitation, such as EIA, exclusion
zones and environmental planning. The Brazilian legislation contains some

envisages the exploitation of maritime wind in planning instruments.
