O COMANDANTE MILITAR DO NORDESTE, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pelos § 3º, do Art 23, do Decreto nº 98.820 de 12 de janeiro de 1990 e Art 2º da Portaria nº 533 de 28 de setembro de 1999, resolve:
