Nesta nova edicao da Revista Direito e Praxis (vol. 06, n. 12 de 2015, jul-nov), ultima do ano de 2015, apresentamos o Dossie "10 anos da Reforma do Sistema de Justica", organizado pelo professor Dr. Rodolfo Noronha, da Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. O dossie conta com trabalhos dos campos do Direito, Sociologia e Ciencia Politica, que refletem diferentes aspectos da arena judicial nesses 10 anos das mudancas pelas quais passou o sistema de justica brasileiro desde a promulgacao da Emenda Constitucional de numero 45, mais conhecida como a Reforma do Judiciario. Adotamos, ademais, o termo "sistema de justica" por compreender que ele abrange tanto as diferentes instituicoes do sistema, como Defensoria, Ministerio Publico, quanto a sociedade civil. Esperamos oferecer uma contribuicao interdisciplinar e baseada em pesquisas empiricas a partir de multiplas visoes que compoem um debate tao importante para a sociedade brasileira.
Na secao de artigos, trazemos oito trabalhos ineditos de autoras e autores brasileiros. Destacamos, como sempre, a riqueza e variedade tematica das contribuicoes de nossos autores. Ainda nessa edicao, trazemos tres traducoes de diferentes idiomas, alemao, espanhol e italiano para o portugues, de textos dos professores Klaus Dorre (Friedrich-Schiller Universitat, Jena, Alemanha), Mario G. Losano (Universita degli Studi di Torino) e Marcos Estrada Saavedra (Colegio del Mexico). A traducao do artigo do professor Klaus Dorre foi possivel gracas ao fomento recebido por meio do edital de apoio a periodicos cientificos da Fundacao de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro--FAPERJ. Os dois ultimos destaques dessa edicao sao duas resenhas. A primeira detalha o livro do filosofo frances Jacques Ranciere, "Odio a Democracia", escrita pelo aluno do PPGDir UERJ, Allan Hillani. A segunda refere-se ao livro "O Espirito de Filadelfia--A justica social diante do mercado total", de Alain Supiot, escrito pela professora do Programa de Posgraduacao em Relacoes Internacionais da USP, Deisy Ventura.

In this new edition of the Law and Praxis Journal (06/12, 2015, jul-nov), the last of 2015, we present the dossier "10 years of the Justice System Reform", organized by professor Dr. Rodolfo Noronha, of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The dossier brings papers on the fields of Law, Sociology and Political Science. They reflect different aspects of the legal arena in the ten-year anniversary of the changes that Brazilian justice system has gone through since the enactment of Constitutional Amendment number 45, most commonly known as the Reform of the judicial System. We adopt the term "judicial system", understanding that it integrates different institutions of the system, such as the Public Defender's and Prosecution's Office as well as the civil society. We expect to offer an interdisciplinary contribution and also based on empirical research about the multiple points of view that form such an important debate for Brazilian society.
In the articles section, we bring eight unpublished works of Brazilian authors. We point out, as usual, the richness and theme variety of our authors' contributions. In this edition there are three translations of articles from different languages German, Spanish and Italian to Portuguese, of the professors Klaus Dorre (Friedrich-Schiller Universitat, Jena, Alemanha), Mario G. Losano (Universita degli Studi di Torino) and Marcos Estrada Saavedra (Colegio del Mexico) as well. The translation of the article written by professor Klaus Dorre was possible thanks to the funding received from Research Foundation of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ). The two last highlights of this edition are two reviews. The first one details the book written by the French philosopher Jacques Ranciere, "Hatred of Democracy", and is written by student of the UERJ Graduate Law Program Allan Hillani. The second one refers to the book "The Spirit of Philadelphia: Social Justice vs. the Total Market", of Alain Supiot, and is written by the professor of the USP Graduate International Relations Program Deisy Ventura.
