Antitrust regulator investigates HR cartel involving major drugmakers
Brazil's antitrust regulator Cade has opened an unprecedented investigation into alleged exchange of sensitive information and cartel formation among companies' HR departments. The case involves large corporations in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment sectors that have shared data on hiring conditions, salaries, salary adjustments and benefits offered to employees.
