EUA: Presidente da Câmara propõe boicote a Jogos de Inverno na China
A presidente da Câmara dos Deputados dos Estados Unidos, Nancy Pelosi, propôs nesta terça-feira um boicote diplomático aos Jogos Olímpicos de Inverno de 2022, que serão organizados pela China, em Pequim, a partir de 4 de fevereiro.
“Vamos fazer um boicote diplomático se de fato essa Olimpíada acontecer”, afirmou a líder democrata em audiência da Comissão de Direitos Humanos do Congresso, citando supostos abusos de direitos humanos na China.
