Five of 10 largest PPPs failed or are at risk

At least five of the 10 largest public-private partnerships (PPPs) ever signed in Brazil had strong execution problems and failed or face an uncertain future, according to a survey that Valor commissioned to consultancy Radar PPP. Of the five projects, three are no longer able to go ahead as initially conceived.
