Flávio Bolsonaro wins right to special court in corruption case
The 3rd Criminal Chamber of the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice ruled that Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicans of Rio de Janeiro) will be tried by a special body of the state courts with 25 appeals judges, buying more time to prepare his defense. While it was a victory for the president's son, the chamber still upheld all prior rulings of the case, including arrest and search warrants.
