Minerva buys Vijagual, says still focusing on dividend payouts

Minerva Foods, Latin America's biggest beef exporter, on Wednesday signed a $14 million agreement to buy Colombian meatpacker Vijagual, doubling its capacity in that country and taking another step in its effort to grow its business in the region.
