OECD Secretary General to meet Bolsonaro in June in Brasília

The Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, Mathias Cormann, will visit Brasília next month and meet with President Jair Bolsonaro. The visit is seen as a symbolic launch of the country’s accession to the organization.The roadmap with the terms and conditions for Brazil’s accession is expected to be approved at a conference of OECD ministers scheduled for June 9 and 10 in Paris.From June 20-24, a Latin American regional program meeting focused on productivity will take place in Brasília.
