Supreme Court suspends trial on additional time-off payment
The trial at the Supreme Federal Court to decide whether companies have to pay retroactively tax on an additional time-off salary mandatory under the Brazilian law was suspended, with no date to be resumed. Justice Luiz Fux requested the case to be moved from a virtual to a face-to-face plenary, currently also carried by videoconference due to the pandemic.
