Diretor Técnico II da 148ª Unidade de Atendimento do
Departamento Estadual de Trânsito, no uso de suas atribuições
legais, e na forma da Lei, etc...
Considerando a portaria 101/2016 do DETRAN/SP e demais
legislação sobre a matéria.
Considerando que o CENTRO DE FORMAÇÃO DE CON-
DUTORES CFC B ESTRELAS, apresentou toda a documentação
exigida pelo ato, através do protocolo 001/2021.
RESOLVE:
Art 1º: Autorizar a ALTERAÇÃO DA CATEGORIA para "A/B",
do CFC A/B ESTRELAS CNPJ 06.227.374/0001-20,situado à RUA
RUI BARBOSA nº847, Bairro CENTRO, na cidade de SALTO, estan-
do o CFC apto para ministrar cursos de formação teórico-técnica
e prática de direção veicular para candidatos e condutores de
veículos automotores.
Art 2º: Prazo de funcionamento: esta autorização tem vali-
dade até 31/03/2022.
Art 3º: Precariedade: O prazo acima está vinculado às
vistorias periódicas, podendo a qualquer tempo ser revogada
em caso de não atendimento à Portaria Detran nº 101/2016, e
demais legislações em vigor sobre a matéria.

COMUNICADO GEPT nº 10, de 17 de agosto de 2021.
A Gerente da Escola Pública de Trânsito do Departamento
Estadual de Trânsito de São Paulo, no âmbito de suas atribuições
Considerando as medidas de quarentena de que trata o
Decreto nº 64.881, de 22 de março de 2020 que institui o Plano
São Paulo; considerando o Decreto 65.897 de 30 de julho de
2021; considerando o Decreto Estadual nº 65.924, de 16 de
agosto de 2021;
Considerando os dispositivos legais e as determinações das
autoridades públicas quanto às regras para flexibilização com
vistas à retomada consciente das atividades econômicas em
todo o Estado de São Paulo;
Considerando as determinações das autoridades públicas
e as recomendações provenientes dos órgãos de saúde e de
vigilância epidemiológica;
Considerando que a atividade exercida pelas entidades de
ensino credenciadas pela Escola Pública de Trânsito se encontra
associada às medidas de prevenção contra a COVID-19;
COMUNICA aos proprietários de entidades de ensino
registradas na Capital, Região Metropolitana de São Paulo e
Interior, credenciadas pela Escola Pública de Trânsito, que estão
autorizadas a:
a) retomar a capacidade de 100% para uso das salas de
aulas, obedecendo ao critério de 1,20 m² (um metro e vinte cen-
tímetros quadrados) para ocupação, por aluno, conforme artigo
28 da Portaria DETRAN-SP nº 557/2015.
Permanecem em vigor as orientações quanto à manutenção
das medidas previstas no Protocolo Sanitário da COVID-19, de
modo a realizar atividades presenciais seguras, organizadas
e que não causem impactos ou aglomerações na sede da
credenciada.
Para as turmas que se encontram em vigência, autorizadas
anteriormente a este Comunicado, estas deverão ser concluídas
sem alterações de cronograma e nos termos autorizados na
respectiva Notificação Inicial.
Ficam mantidos os procedimentos estabelecidos no Comu-
nicado GEPT nº 02/2017 para fins de autorização de abertura de
novas turmas. A partir deste Comunicado, retoma-se a quantida-
de de alunos por sala, definida nos termos das portarias editadas
por ocasião do credenciamento e da renovação que autorizaram
o funcionamento das respectivas entidades.

ATO CONVOCATÓRIO
O Presidente do Conselho Estadual de Trânsito do Estado
de São Paulo – CETRAN/SP, no uso de suas atribuições e nos
termos dos artigos 7º, incisos I e V do Regimento Interno, em
decorrência da situação de emergência e da Quarentena impos-
ta em todo o território paulista, nos termos do Decreto Estadual
nº 64.881, de 22 de março de 2020, para fins de prevenção e
enfrentamento à COVID-19, cientifica e convoca os Membros
Titulares e na sua impossibilidade os Membros Suplentes do
CETRAN/SP para as sessões deliberativas e de julgamento, que
serão realizadas na modalidade virtual, por meio de aplicativo
de conferência e videoconferência remota pela internet, a ser
informado previamente.
