ABSTRACT
This work aimed to carry out a study on the various types
of vulnerability that currently exist in society, analyzing
from the perspective of the collective bias, so that if it were
perceived how the rights of these groups are observed and
treated mainly within the scope of the International Systems
of Human rights. To this end, a detailed study was carried
out in the bibliographies that deal with the theme, in
addition to a case study of the respective International
Systems. Thus, for a better understanding of the topic, it
was decided to divide the work into four chapters. The first
analyzes the classification of rights in collective protection,
as diffuse, collective and homogeneous individual. In the
second, what would actually be vulnerability in the face of
the 100 Brasilia Rules is analyzed. In the third, each species
of vulnerable group and all its details in the International
Systems are observed. In the fourth, an analysis is made of
the importance of the perception of collective bias in these
vulnerable groups. Thus, it belongs to bring to light the
understanding of how each vulnerable group has its rights
addressed.
